not the best Hiei i've drawn, he is supposed to be wearing his headband. i drew it in 15 minutes, like i've said before, i hate drawing Hiei, unless it's a request. i can draw him alot better, but i just didn't feel like putting that much effort in this pic. please comment. requests are welcome!
