Team Magma Admin

One of the members of Team Magma from the games. With the pose, I was trying to make it look like he was winding up to throw the pokeball, sort of baseball-pitcher style. Not too sure whether it's come out right or not. I mean it looks ok, but there's still something about it. Only used a couple pens for the colouring, I originally was going to do it in black and white, but decided to throw the red in for the hell of it.
