Lolita fashion is amazing.Great expression and head position.
Use more tones, and more detail on the hair.
The shoulders should actually be alittle farther out.
Great color choices though, it really makes it stand out
Try to be alittle more distinctive on which part of the eye is which
The pupil and iris(the round part) should be alittle more circular than shown.
Other than that it is great^
