Chiyuri Kitashirakawa, as she appears in Touhou 3(Phantasmagoria of Dim.Dream). She's probably my favorite character out of all the Touhou PC-98 games. I tried drawing in a new style; the kind that imitates illustrations done with watercolors. I thought that this actually came out okay, except for a few details here and there.
