Juan's Profile(1999)

The second Star Mission character is Juan. He is Flare's older brother, who's designed is also inspired by a character in Ape Escape. His name and personality is actually inspired by a classmate of mine in middle school. I used the same brand of colored pencils for him like I did with Flare.

NAME: August "Juan" Avenue
D.O.B: August 3, 1985
AGE: 15
HOMETOWN: Same as Flare's.
 
PERSONALITY: Juan is the fun, opposite-gender-loving, and the show-off type. Juan likes to show-off how smarter he is than Flare and Megan, which often ends in him getting beaten up. When it comes to loving his younger brother Flare, he has a little trouble showing it.
 
LIKES: Girls, video games, Chess, and the color red.
 
LOVES: His little brother and has a crush on Aye.
 
DISLIKES: Dirt, and people who dare to make fun of him.
 
HATES: Same as Flare's.
 
STORY: Juan is Flare's older brother. He lived and traveled with him; eventually finding a letter and reading it. Juan helped Flare fought against his foe in his "Blue X Bird Galaxy Plane". However, he watches helplessly as his little brother decides to finish the battle alone. All he could do is hope for the best, though he and the others start to fear for Flare's fate. But when he saw he(Flare) was alive, he smiles in relief before escaping with him from a angry Megan. The action he experienced was fun for him and in his heart, he promises to stick by Flare at all times...
