Dr.Art is the fourth Star Mission character I created. His design is inspired by The Professor of Ape Escape. My main focus on Dr.Art is making sure his personality stands out, which why him being optimistic is a strong trait of his.

PERSONALITY: Dr.Art is the average, long-talking, and strong believing type. He is average in terms of kindness and never extremely high in rudeness. He never doubts anything; making him the most optimistic member of the "Galaxy Force".
 
LIKES: Inventing futuristic machines and gadgets, and liver.

SOLARIS ISLAND: Known to be the lonely island, it has only one large lab, grass, and the ocean.
 
STORY: Dr.Art was once a real doctor, but was more interested in building machines and gadgets for the future. He met his old rival Dr.Gun, whom he fought and lost against. Knowing the danger that will soon come upon the world, Dr.Art sought heroes with the help of his assistant. His encounter with Flare, Juan, Megan, and the others have made him pleased, though he knows there's more to come. Before he met the young heroes, his used his assistant's machine called, "New Age Time Machine" to increase his life span. But since he used the machine late, the limit to his age is when he gets 1 year older.
