hehe... so adorable! The eyes looks nice and the poses and structure isn't done badly, but the structure could still use some work. The paws look very nice and I like how everyone's hair looks.

hehe... good, i don't exoect you to use a reference. Reference=bad. You hardly improve or learn from it. Though I suppose it depends on how often you use them.

I think it's ok to use a refarence if you've never drawn someone befor. Use it a few times, than try to do it withought the refarence!
But that's just my oppinion! =3

hehe... in my opinion, ppl need to have their own style. If you haven't drawn the person before, well, you've drawn a person before, so drawing this one should be no different. Just make a note of the kind of hair and clothes and colors and stuff they have.

Well, i don't use a refarence when drawing my own characters. But other wise i'll use one for a wile, until i i more or less remember what the character looks like! ^^

I don't need a refarence for any of the main Xiaolin Showdown characters anymore!! =3
