Wow, I am so never ever coloring blood again. What a pain. anyway, this is Grendel's arm from Beowulf...yeah. Based more off book than movie, obviously. Roxie drew this and I colored it, as usual, this time for ten points extra cred on an English test (about Beowulf).

lol no I totally don't mind, it really is a lot creepier this way ^^ This is a lot closer to what I was going for than the way it actually came out is.

LOLOL that's sooo ironic because before this year, you could have said "Beowulf" and I would have said "LOL whut? I like wolves." But this just so happens to be the year we read it in English and then this movie comes out and there's random ppl talking about it and now there' this picture, it just seems ironic to me. I lurve the bone! The lighting and shading is absolutely lovely! The only thing I would change is the picture itself cos it looks like the flesh is hollow and he isn't furry at all. Plus I'm not a fan of blood and violence XD. Nice fingernails though and I think you did very well on the blood. Now that I think about it, it would be rather hard to color.

Yeah, this is cuz this is the year we read it in class too ^^ Yay thank you! Yah, it was slightly aggravating to color, but not that bad. Did it ever say he was furry?

Well, no, but he's supposed to be a big hairy monster. All of the pictures of him are a big, hairy monster. Like a werewolf.
