I've been watching Meitantei Holmes quite a bit recently for nostalgic reasons. xD It was one of my favourite shows as a child and I had to buy the DVD when I saw it on store.
This is not a character from the show, just a random OC. All character development I gave her is that her name is Amelie, she likes all shades of blue, lives in Paris and works as a seamstress. And she's clumsy and gets real excited about cute things.
I kinda like how this turned out, colouring and all, but I think I made it too bright... xD

Lovely picture, I like her dress... but I have to ask, if she's clumsy, how did she become a seamstress? I mean, threading little tiny needle-eyes, making a straight seam, and not constantly stabbing yourself seem to require some coordination...
