Posted again with some tune ups.
I really hated that arm I first drew him. It looked weird. I firstly thought to just redo the arm but the original background was crappy so there. xD
It looks like Teddy took a picture of his sweetheart while they are stargazing or something. Billy surrounded by radioactive flowers. xD
