Somewhat like a demonic circle parody, but whatever. Made it when I was screwing around in Photoshop, and honestly I don't like Photoshop at all.
Nothing like what its advertised as, total crap in my opinion. I could make 10 times better in Paint.NET.

Paint.net has more interesting rendering techniques, but if you can shrew with PS a little more, you can make something equally as cool if not cooler! Excellent...circle! :P
