Gale's New Look

Gale, as I've mentioned before, is a shark girl. For the sake of her new look, though, I have created a new background for her.

Gale, born in the East Blue to an oceanographer and a marine biologist, ate the Shark Shark Fruit at the age of ten. She is one of those people who are gigantic, like White Beard and Bartholomew Kuma, so, at fourteen(her age in the picture above) she stands at sixteen feet two inches while in her hybrid form, and Nine feet in her human form. She is one of the only Devil Fruit users who can survive in the sea due to the nature of the fruit she ate.

As a tiger shark is known for it's penchant for eating anything, Gale's appetite has grown to include things like... well, just about anything she can fit in her mouth. The only things she doesn't eat are people and Eels. Her favorite foods are waffles, cats of any variety, gold, and silver.

Her hybrid form is similar in strength and ability to a fishman, but at only one half the over all brute strength. As such, Gale is five times stronger than your average human, but a fishman is two times as strong as she.

She joins Luffy's crew, in this alternate timeline, just before they meet Sanji. She has run away from her home Island and, in trying to maintain her freedom from her Tyrannical aunt, joins their crew after hearing they are going to the Grandline. Being an Oceanographer, just like her father, she finds the area significant to her studies and asks to be  brought along. Things happen.
