I'm finally submitting this. I drew Jack by hand and then colored him in and did the background on Paint. For a while I wasn't sure what side of the page I should put him on, but I eventually decided on the right side. His hand is big because he's holding it out in front of him - not necessarily waving or telling you to stop; I just thought it was a cool pose.
