This is a pic i did of Chii a couple of hours ago. This is alot better then my chii cosplay dawing. I love how the eyes turned out on this one. it makes it look more liek chii, but she looks kind of evil in this pic. and i colored the ears wrong my bad, but i think this one of the best ones i've in a while

This is cute, try defining the outline a bit more though, it's a little messy, especially the fringe. Try and keep a firm hold of where there should be highlights and where there should be shadows, the hair and skin could do with darker shading. Appart from that this is nice work. Well, the detail on the hair isn't bad. The reason she looks sinister is because you made her face all pointy and thin.And she looks quite odd with lipstick on. Also, the persocom ears should be symmetric but they're not. but i like your attention to dtail on the clothing.
