Chapter 28: Phantom Thief

My second digitally drawn picture. Well, I did the lineart by hand so I only coloured it This one's slightly better now that I've discovered layers but I've seen people do way better pictures than this. *sigh* I need to get a better programme. All I've got is Arcsoft Photostudio 2000.

Anyway, I'm not saying the effort I put it to it was in vain. I'm pretty proud of it. The design is reflecting the one on the Death-Eater Phantom's warning notices.
