Fixit (OC) character design

Well, i wanted to make a new character or OC as most people would say, but i couldn't really decide on what he would look like, maybe you could give me some opinion, i labeled each doodle a certain number so you wouldn't have to say "the guy with so and so" if you comment suggestions
 
His personality would be uh.. well he likes to build things, that's what his name intends i guess, anyway he's always hanging with handy cuz that's like his role model, wonder why..? Besides that you'll often see him giving Handy, well.. a hand (LAME PUN) lol... Anyway he believes that almost anything is possible, and if you try hard you'll succeed, or you'll get your head cut off XD, but anyways that's pretty much it... 
 
By the way the mood of the character that's portrayed in this doodle for each guy is not going to be what they act like totally, i just drew different mood's cuz i didn't feel like drawing happy faces for every one lol
