This is Fiyrona. She's a goddess in Krystal's realm, but she's also Rosie's mother. She fell in love with a mortal man, Leolin, and from that love was born Rosie. Unforetuneately since Rosie is only half divine, Fiyrona had to leave her on the earth.

When I pictured her, her hair was realy spidey and up. Not a mohawk really though.
