this is Aeril Orphan. anyway, copy and paste description...

"In short... Aeril (the girl) was thrown down from the sky for commiting a crime she was framed for. She'd have to stay in exile until she could make someone fall in love with her. When she fell to the ground she hit a girl, Lunar, killing her instantly. Lunar had commited some crimes that she couldn't be forgiven for, so the angel Aeril tore off two of her wings and gave them to the girl (and because Aeril is really stupid, she tore off her two right wings, making it impossible for either one of them to fly). This made Lunar an angel, so she couldn't go to hell. She couldn't go to heaven either though, because of the crimes she commited. So basically, her and Aeril are stuck on earth for a while...sort of like purgatory I guess?"
