work a bit on proportion, and focus on making the overall picture a bit more organicly curved. Nice overall color effects. Wow! Her little bra (? O_O) thingy looks like crushed velvet...O.O You are good with this! ^.^
I suggest working a bit on realistic drawings to help tone up on your creativity. You have great ideas on your drawings, including the costumes and hair styles, etc. So, looking through anatomy books, keeping a sketch book for certain body parts and poses that are difficult.
I don't like sounding all goody-goody and stuff, but when I see people with potential and they DON'T improve, it sorta leaves me with a nagging feeling in the back of my head. >_< I like the ideas of these sailors, though. Good work!
