hmm, kinda. otaku actually means someone who is a big anime fan, mostly someone who is more or less obsessive over it. and really I totally understand that that you don't want to bother with anime. I didn't for a long time even though my best friend really liked it, I didn't get into anything besides Fruits Basket until High School where like all my friends are major otakus.

OIC. I didn't really get into anime at all til HS. I watched Fruits Basket, Card Captor Sakura, Elfen Lied, Full Metal Alchemist, Inuyasha, Wolfs Rain, Case Closed, and a bunch others that have just slipped my mind. But that doesn;t matter cos life stinks right now. I lost all my stuff on Gaia AGAIN and Kd hates me, but I don't understand what I did wrong. Did I do something wrong? Please tell me!

oh that is a pretty good amount of anime. Are those good? out of those I've only seen FB, FMA, and Inu-Yasha.

You haven't seen all of them? I put them there cos they're my fav anime out of all the ones I've watched. Oh, I also forgot to mention Samurai Seven. It's really good too, but I haven't seen all of it ^^'CCS is reeeeally long and all of the episodes are in Japanese, so I would only watch it if you really like it. Watch, say... the first three to get a feel for it and if you can't even make it that far, don't bother. I watched a lot of it when I was really little, so it held sentimantal value for me and I really like the characters and the designes and the plot and stuff. Not to mention the occasional heart-warming episode. Elfen Lied is a REALLY good anime! It's only thirteen episodes long and it's one of my favorites hands down. The only bad thing about it is that it has a lot of nudity. But it has a really good plot and very interesting characters. Not to mention a different species called a diclonius, which are rather interesting as well. I made one of my characters a diclonius, but a harmless one. It has a lot of violence in it too though. I watched the whole thing in a day. I also watched all of FB in a day XD. My mind couldn't function for the rest of that day, so it's not reccommended LOLZ. Wolf Rain is about 26 episodes long I think. Maybe just 23. But it's also relaly good! It's about wolves, so if you like them, it's great. I didn't watch it in one day, but I think it's my favorite. Case Closed it about a detective that turns into a child. So, it's mainly more on the comedy and entertainment factor. And boy is it entertaining. I don't think I've seen every single episode and I don't know how many there are. Well, it turns out my problem was tht the person that hacked my account wa sbeing mean to K and she thought it was me, but it wasn't, so the problem's all solved. Kd is my gf. Sorry that this is such a horribly long response. hehe... describing anime... you know.

I saw like an episode of Elfen Lied once cuz sorakairi (my twelve year old friend who I met on here but just so happens to live in my city) told me it was good but it was just to risky to watch it when the only comp in the house was where a parent might come in. Now that I have one in my room I guess I'll watch more. Those others sound pretty good too ^^ Thanks so much for the descriptions/suggestions, I'm always looking for more good anime =D
