Description
The first several pieces from my ceramics class are finally 100% finished, so I can upload them now. Sorry it's a little blury, I hasd to take the picture with my phone, I don't have a fancy camera. Anyways, this was the first piece I did in ceramics. I messed up on part of it, so I just made it look like a chicken. It's molded with white clay and glazed with chrome/tin red, oil spot black, and honey glazes. Oh, and it was done with the pinch pot method.

LOl, it isn't so bad to have been taken with a mobile phone instead of a camera, though it's hard to see some details.I don't like making pots because for me it's rather boring. I prefer sculpting characters.

hehe... I see and I understand. Characters are definently more exciting than pottery, but we don't have a sculpting class. Plus I have a lot of fun making pottery now that I know everyone in there and the teacher really well. It's surprisingly chalenging, but at least I can give a bunch of them away as Christmas presents =D XDD!
