Another dress design! Drawn on Valentines day! X3<br />
I'm very happy with this one, it's probably the most wearable dress I've designed. <br />
The blue detailing around the dress is supposed to look like bubbles, although I don't know what bubbles have to do with sping...<br />
The colors actually came out really nice, but my scanner made them look all weird...
