Horrible Pinoco in Black and White

Pinoco is a character that used to get on my nerves. I mean, I really used to hate her, but I think I can blame that on Viz and their poopy lisp translation. Over the past year, I've learned that Pinoco is a valuble and important character.

And then you have this thing.

My mind likes things to be at least somewhat realistic, and in all honesty, Pinoco is not very realistic. A cyst-turned-babydoll would not be a flawless individual from a physical standpoint in any case. Her medical adventures would have to include her own body, and that's not very fun, is it?

So, I suppose that's why I'm compelled to draw her with a more mature body, more scars, and leg braces.
