Ok, she looks like she's falling over, that's the first thing. Try when you start off to do a basic skeleton of what you want done, that way it will keep it straighter and more balanced.

Second thing is her body, her hips should be about as wide as her breasts. so that it looks like an hour glass.

Also, you're head is off center. When you start drawing, take a ruler or even you pencil and measure out how far you're going on one side, then try to make it about the same length on the other.

But also, be careful. Too small of shoulders makes the head look huge. too large makes the head look small.
