lives by the nuclear plant..

I was thinking this could be live the 'Loveland frog', but it doesn't really match the description properly so it's just a mutant frog-beast that is like this because it lives in a contaminated swamp... It also likes to eat birds and thinks that their feathers make pretty hats^^
