Hehe uploaded this to the wrong name -.-; go me. Anyhoo, two hours roughly it took me to complete. Gradient layer used for the rainbow coloured hair, and the burn/dodge tool used for the wings ^^ i had fun doing it. <br />

Nice picture! Hmm. . . it would look better, however, if the rainbow colors flowed with the hair instead of just straight up and down, ya know? Good job all the same. :3
