Who doesn't love mad scientists, lol? Yep yet another Millenium pic from Hellsing (noooooooo I'm not obsessed at all with evil nazi baddies ;) but yeah, I just love Doc's design ^^ And mad evil doctors in general :) Not happy with the background though. I have to say Doc is one of my most favored characters in the Hellsing series. Well done.Oh, and just to point out, Doc has white hair, not blonde. Still a wonderful job though.
