I read that fanfic! I thought it was so cute the way Seem has lived as a monk in practice to become the head priestess she is now. Her friend, Drieva or Driva,(I forgot sorry, it's been a long time) must have been jealous when he found out that she was going to be in a higher rank than him even though he's been practicing longer than she has.
