Killswitch is a mean guy. The 'kick little puppies' mean. He's a Villan, which is SEXY! His power is electaplaz, which is a bastardized mix of plasma and electricity. He's teamed up with Hazard, but I'll post Hazard later, once I'm done with the coloring.
