South Park Style Villians

From left to right: Bobby Rawker, Hazard, and Killswitch in South Park style. I used the create a character for the eyes, body shape, Basic hair and the background. The rest was entirely done by scratch in Photoshop, like Bobby’s guitar and Hazard’s gas mask. It was very fun to make.
