I just wanted to experiment with new backgrounds...and so I did.
The 4th Doctor...the North Sea...two things I <3 .
First I painted the 4th Doctor with watercolors, then I cut the picture out and put it on a nice piece of paper I bought at an arts and craft store.
I know, it's more a caricature of him...*sighs*.
