It stinksz 'till low-heaven. The pose is easy, common and thus therefor ridiculous. It's chaotic, simple, and there's no commercial value to it.
Yet: I like the face and hair :)
Ye don't see it, but I liked the background. I like the bubbles.
I like the EFXtsz I'm coming up with in pencil-art. When digitized, it could do wonders.
Overall: It is simple. Not good enough.

Wow! That's amazing! It reminds me of X-Men's Phenoix. There is a good use of lines especially where the energy is concerned.
