The profile is drawn pretty well, the face looks prettty^^. Your art's nice, but the hands could use some work. Yeup, hands are really hard to draw *nod nod* Also, try adding more muscle on the arms too, it looks weird if there's only muscle on the torso.I don't mean to be hard on you, just constructive crit. You have some very good skills, just a few details need brushing up!
Oh, and by the way, thanks for commenting on myLink pic.
