yeah I usually make my guys pretty feminine looking, but this pic is kinda old now. ^^;

Well he does need either a higher cheek bone, or thicker or lower eyebrows. I'd retrace it and then work out different versions with combination you'd think might work. Your mom's right it does look fiminine, and the reviews are right that it looks like masculine, so he's got a metro look, which could be okay, but if not, adjust it maybe.
Other than the face, his shoulders are sloped to much, or need a little squareness.
the hair is fabulous, the clothes rock, the whole color scheme is gorgeous, the expression is charming, and the genral face and eyes are captivating! the shadows and sheen highlights are beautifully placed. I hope to see more of your recent work^^!

Ghe I get that alot. He's a guy allright, but there's something very feminine in his face, I think it's the cheekline. *waves frantically with her arms* Why can't I explain it more clearly in English? *sobs*

I like the folds, btw, I find that very hard to do.
