This my friend is a pokemon killing @$$. I used the smudge tool to get that kind of motion-blur without blurring the face. That thing in his left hand is a pistol. Don't ask why he's holding it. This is the kind of action I want in his video game. Cool? If you're not impressed, I have two dozen other pictures of Mewtwo like this one that I could put on this site.
