I like the picture a lot but here are some slight faults with it. Firstly the head is way to big in proportion to the body. I know anime is sometimes drawn like this but even when I sketched it out roughly the head still looked too big. Inside those huge puffy sleeves there should be more clothing wrinkles and folds.
