Yike! This is real poorly done. x_x;; Sorry folks. This is Splash from VL3, and yes, I was low on ideas when I came up with his name. I guess I draw him better with a pencil than with a mouse. n.n;; (Oh , and if it wasn't obvious, he's water elemental).
