This piece is unfinished and it IS Yu-Gi-Oh! It's Seto--in my usual BIZARRE, completely unlike-him style--wearing a female yukata...I think trying to commit suicide, hence the rope around his neck. I promised myself I wouldn't post if the pic wasn't in color, but I guess I broke that covenant. It looks like crap when I don't color it in, but I wanted to post anyway. Enjoy.
