This started out as just some coloring practice but then I was looking through my gallery and found that gem on the right. I'm pretty proud of my improvement in just under 3 years.
The character is not the same but rather a mash up of two o.c.s i wasn't going to draw anymore to make a new one.
This will also remain unfinished as many of my practice pieces do.
Also, how do you do lips? They're one of the most frustrating and difficult parts for me.
Also, anyone up for a chibi trade? I will do OCs, and characters and o.cs from CATS the musical.

I love the way the hair looks on both versions! The shading is great, as well. Love it!I don't know that I'm any good to learn from, but if you like the way I draw my lips, I could make a tutorial for you. Just holla.
(also I'm up for a chibi trade. I've improved a decent bit since our last art trade, though I'm not nearly as good at humanish faces as you are. I can do darn good dragons though. I haven't posted any but they exist.)
