Description

The boss of the fourth-level, Spark Tower is a short, small yellow lizard kinda thing who rides a huge motorcyle. The battle with him is kind of like a race, but you have to defeat him before you get to the finish line.

i have an idea for why the health bar isn't there... Maybe its a start up animation. You just got into his arena and it starts up with him coming out of nowhere and pulling stunts infront of you. Showin' off, ya know? Then the health bar shows up, and the battle starts. Or the health bar shows up as you reach like, a starting point for the race-fight.
