Not Quite what you where expecting, ne? This form of Havoc is known as "Fallen" or "Berserker Perfect". Havoc does not lose control in his ultra form rather, he stays the same as he always is...but then again he wasn't sane in the first place now was he?<br />

He can turn into this form WHENEVER he feels like it. He doesn't need no stink'in Chaos emeralds. However...he does change into this when he gets excited.....<br />
