First of all, you might want to resize that... It's taking forever to load.She's cute! From the thumbnail I thought it was Sakura in a Digi-charat(sp?) style...
As CrescentMOON stated, be watchful of the feet. Be aware of body positions. If you draw a character, try to stand in that position yourself to see if it feels natural. If it doesn't, you might want to change something.
