I like it, and I like the drawing and the character too. I think the uniform looks enough like a school uniform cause of the skirt and the scarf.. I think the gold linked buttons (dunno the techinical name :P) on the front, and the scarf/neck area look more preppy than your average outfit.Maybe that's why you don't think it looks school girl enough? I dunno.. I'm not really into fashion design :)
