Hurray for Juvia! :D I got this pic idea from when she made those Teru Teru Bozu dolls and how it didn't help stop it raining wherever she went. I actually have a couple other pic idea's based around the Teru Teru Bozu. (Yes, they involve Juvia xD) But, until I get to drawing them out, enjoy.
