Rusted Metal Bird mask I crafted. Made out of cardboard, then papermached, sanded, painted, then after painted cured varnish was applied. Hope you all, enjoy.

At first glance the mask indeed looks made of metal. Well done !

Which paints did you use to achieve such effect - enamels or acrylics ?

Thanks! I used 100% acrylic paint. Specifically, I used FolkArt's Brushed Metal acrylic paint. Liquitex Basic black was used for the base. A combination of different paint brands was used to create the rusting; lots of reds, browns, oranges, copper colors and a hint of black.
