a picture of my favorite batman villian of all time...not much to say about it cept he needs more fan art...yeah its the new version of him but sadly as of now its the only version of him i can draw. im proud of this cause its the best thing ive ever drawn without doing ANY tracing what so ever.Hardest part was drawing that hat.

I love The Batman's version of the Penguin. Sure he's annoying and mean, but he's very funny too. You drew this without tracing? Impressive!

yeah he only has red hair in the new series sadly thats the only version of him i know how to draw so far...oh well
