Charlie Blair, Cook

This is Charlie <3 the first pirate I drew and finished at like midnight. He has a cat named Hugo who isn't featured here, and he's the cook--he's quiiiite young, and he ran away from home to become a pirate. He's part of the Noiper of the Seas, which The_end also has some characters on.
