She looks very cute. I can see you really like drawing character's faces. The critic I would give you here would be on the girl's anatomy since it looks slightly off, be carefull there. Try looking at some tutorials on the human body and study them, I'm having trouble on anatomy myself and know a couple of tutorials on DA, if you'd like a link let me know.

Other than that you made a really sweet character, I like her big eyes and smile, she seems like a sweet girl and the way you put her hand touching her face makes her seem like the shy type too. Good job and keep practicing!
