A sextant, eh?

you know, you're probably right- octant or quadrant... *Shrug* =p thanks for the comment though!! That is really helpful ;)

I don't think that that is a sextant. It looks more like an octant from that angle. A sextent usually has more stuff at the top, and isn't quite as long. Still, most people have never heard of an octant, let allone know how to tell one from a sextant. Good job on the drawing; I couldn't help giving my opinion on which navigation tool you drew.

Check out that awesomeness! Oh yeah, you drew it. You're gettign really good, Nymph! And the students outstrips the master, as they say- gonna have to watch my back, ehehe. I love your shading and lighting, of course, but he expressions are so good, too, though Bowles looks rather upset about silly, perverted Archie ^.^ The hands look great. The right one could sue a little more shading to show which part of the finger is behind which- the sextant-- looks awesome! and I love the ropes! They all go right together! it's awesome. And your buckets and stairs turned out way cooler than mine =P ^.^ really great job on the textures! And as for randomness- "Ooooh Daaaaayem" Archie's lookin' mighty fine ;) oh yeah- and the shadow on his hair is great, too! but *sniff* no buckle shoes =(

Again, you have some talent there. I cant imagine myself drawing something as creative as you do, with great detail.
