It´s good, you can notice how good you´ve got into drawing faces, expressions and hair too. But your perspective needs some work, I´m sure that if you practice more on drawing bodies, you´ll get as good as you are by drawing heads! Anyway, it´s a good idea for a pic! (hope you understood what I ment, I need to practice more on my english ;) hehe )
